“We stayed here in 2010 and had a great holiday. Everything about the hotel was 100 per cent, including the staff. High standard was observed in all areas with not one issue. The room was like an apartment, never seen anything like it. Pool and sea/beach were glorious. Food at meal times was spot on with no bad tummies and we ate in the on site Zaatar restaurant one night, loved it. We booked a day trip to Siwa Oasis and Shali, shanty town which was so cool and also went to Alexandria, both trips recommended. This hotel is the best hotel we have ever stayed in, our second best hotel is also in Egypt, the Egyptians certainly know how to build cool hotels. In a nutshell, if you book this hotel/holiday you will not be disappointed - highly recommended!”.

“We visited the Jaz Oriental Resort for 14 days in May-June 2019, the resort is renovated and very welcoming, the colors are relaxing. The cleanings are fantastic, everywhere is someone cleaning or tiding. Food is great, light and tasty. Service is amazing: Team bar Carcade Remon, Hany, Houssan and Mahmoud are jus incredible, always smiling, always the right way to interact. Team Pool Bar Ferlouca again Mohammed, Kareem, Ahmed are fantastic! We travel with two children and everyone was helpful. We needed to visit the doctor twice and everything was fast and flawless. Mehdat from Veratour is surely the assistant everyone dream, always ready to help, ready to assist, never tired. Team Veraclub with Captain Fulvio great to entertain and help: Giorgia and Elena and Andrea from Mini Club deserve an High five dor their energy, patience and savouir fair..it was a great place to stay”.
